Italian Shades Corp. Based in the province of Salerno, Italy our name is synonymous with superior construction and quality.  Our commercial umbrellas are made with the highest grade materials available. Hand forged steel structures are painted and powder coated in standard anthracite or a variety of additional custom colors. Powder coating provides excellent protection against atmospheric agents such as salt and moisture resulting in a long life with minimal rusting. Other finishing touches include stainless steel cranks and cables, wind vents in the canopy as well as wind bars to allow for air passage and stability in heavier winds. Our umbrellas can be enclosed using rain gutters and side panels for use in moderate winds and cold weather. Equipped with optional heaters and lighting you can provide the best comfort for your clients and guests even in inclement weather! Our umbrellas are manufactured in standard aluminum or custom wood construction. All of our canopies are customizable with optional valances and are constructed from tempo-test marine grade fabric (the Italian equivalent to sun-brella) which is fade and dirt resistant. Center post umbrellas come in a variety of sizes from 8’ to over 26 feet!! The Maxi, our largest and newest giant offset umbrella, is extremely easy to open and close for it’s giant size.
